When Sandwich Sandwich approached us with their ambitious plan to launch their flagship store in London, they envisioned more than just a sandwich shop. They wanted a dynamic, inviting space that would not only serve as the heart of their operations but also set a new benchmark for fast-casual dining in the UK. We were thrilled to partner with them and bring their vision to life.
The opening in London was nothing short of a sensation. Within their first week of operation, they sold an incredible 100,000 sandwiches, a testament to both their culinary appeal and the optimized layout of the store. The London store became a blueprint for future growth, securing us a privileged deal as their exclusive contractor for all UK sites.
When Seven Lucky Gods set out to bring the vibrant energy of Tokyo’s izakaya bars to Bristol’s Cargo 2 development, they faced a unique challenge: turning six joined shipping containers into a sleek, high-performing restaurant. They needed a space that felt authentic, worked efficiently, and stood out in the city’s most exciting dining hub.
We delivered a kitchen equipped with the latest in slimline and flexible temperature refrigeration from Precision, ideal for optimizing limited space. A double gas robata grill from the Clay Oven Company brought authentic Japanese cooking to life, while fryers and ovens from Blue Seal ensured the kitchen could keep up with the high-energy service.

Creating or redesigning a new restaurant or bar is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. That’s why we kick things off with a relaxed, no-pressure chat to understand your challenges and where you want to go. Maybe you’re a small restaurant that needs a kitchen layout that can handle peak dinner rush, or a fast-food store planning for self-order kiosks and delivery driver waiting areas. Whatever your vision, we’ll dig into the details—like how to make a tiny space feel bigger or where to put that all-important commercial fridge.
Once we’ve understood your goals, our designers will create detailed 2D and 3D layouts, giving you a clear picture of what your space will look like before a single nail is hammered. These visuals don’t just bring your dream to life—they make it easier to get landlord approvals, secure leases, or wow investors
Once we've finalised your design, we move to resourcing—the part where we turn your vision into reality. With over 20 years of experience, we’ve built the connections and know-how to recommend the best resources and equipment for any budget or business. Whether you need durable flooring, ambient lighting, and the perfect color palette, or high-performance commercial ovens, fridges, and even a custom LED sign that screams *your brand*, we’ve got you covered.
Rational AG, the global leader in professional kitchen equipment, also trusts us exclusively to supply their cutting-edge combi ovens in the UK. From pizza ovens to that countertop that makes your customers say “wow,” we’ll source and build everything your space needs to look stunning and work practically for your business.
When it’s time to fit out your space, we bring everything together with precision and care, solving the real-world challenges that F&B businesses face. Uneven floors? Awkward corners? Outdated wiring? We’ve seen it all—and fixed it all. Our team tackles every detail, from installing high-capacity kitchens and perfectly leveled bar tops to hanging lights that set the right mood and making sure every plug works exactly where you need it.
Unlike the big corporate fit-out companies that rely on whoever’s local, we take our own team of trusted builders, electricians, and plumbers to your site—anywhere in England. These are the same specialists we’ve worked with for years, so we know their skills, reliability, and commitment to getting it right. They stay on-site week after week until everything is finished, ensuring consistency and precision throughout the project.
When the final nail is in place, we make sure your space is spotless, polished, and ready for use. This is where we hand over the keys—your moment to step into a finished space built to impress your customers and keep your team running smoothly. From the first pint poured to the first plate served, you’re set up for success.
Unlike many companies that disappear once the job’s done, we’re here for the long haul. Whether it’s sourcing matching materials for a small repair, replacing equipment as your business grows, or helping you expand seamlessly, our maintenance and replacement services have you covered, giving you peace of mind for the long run, building a foundation for lasting success, today and tomorrow.
