Complete Kitchen and Restaurant fit out for

Sandwich Sandwich

When Sandwich Sandwich came to us, they had big ambitions— to open a large-scale London flagship store that would serve hundreds of customers a day, handle Uber Eats orders seamlessly, and support a growing corporate catering operation. They needed a high-output kitchen below and a front-of-house built for speed and efficiency.

We delivered a full fit-out, designing and building a space that could handle relentless demand without slowing down. The result? 100,000 sandwiches sold in the first week.

When Sandwich Sandwich approached us, they weren’t just opening another shop—they were scaling up in the most competitive fast food market in the country. Their vision was ambitious: a London flagship that could handle relentless demand, serve hundreds of customers handmade sandwiches at speed, and process a high volume of Uber Eats and corporate catering orders—all without compromising on the experience that made them a cult favourite.

They needed a space that wasn’t just functional but built for the kind of volume that could turn a successful brand into a London powerhouse. From the initial designs to resourcing the materials and fitting out the restaurant, we built that system from the ground up.

Downstairs, the kitchen was engineered for speed, with high-capacity commercial Foster fridges ensuring a constant supply of fresh ingredients and a wide stainless steel fabricated layout that kept prep teams moving without bottlenecks. Every station was positioned to maintain speed under pressure, allowing staff to work at full capacity without slowing down.

Upstairs, the front-of-house was designed to keep the queue flowing quickly. A glass counter at the front showcased their signature stacked meats and cheeses, making ordering a sandwich, attractive, intuitive and fast. A dedicated Uber Eats collection point meant delivery drivers could grab their orders without blocking the main service area. The result? A store that didn’t just open—it ran at full throttle from day one, moving 100,000 sandwiches in its first week and proving that Sandwich Sandwich had the formula to scale in London.
